2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a ride, registering on our platform, using the Tripwizard Driver application, or contacting us through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

3. Services

Valley Transport LLC provides the following transportation services:

• Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
• Scheduled and on-demand passenger transport
• Ride coordination through the Tripwizard Driver application
• Fleet-based transport solutions across Dayton, Cincinnati, Lebanon, and Columbus, Ohio

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our services at any time without prior notice.

4. Booking and Cancellations

Ride bookings are subject to availability. Valley Transport LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its sole discretion.

Cancellation policies:

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
• In cases of medical emergency, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
• Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers.
• Not engage in any unlawful, dangerous, or disruptive behavior during transport.
• Wear a seatbelt at all times during the journey.
• Inform us in advance of any special needs, medical equipment, or mobility aids required.

6. Driver and Fleet Standards

All Valley Transport LLC drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and background-checked. Our fleet is regularly maintained to ensure passenger safety and comfort. We are committed to providing reliable, high-quality transportation services in accordance with Ohio state regulations.

7. SMS and Email Communications

By submitting your contact information through our website or application, you opt-in to receive SMS or email messages related to job opportunities, hiring, ride notifications, enquiries, or any relevant information related to your query.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us at rides@valley-transport.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

Valley Transport LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Any third-party services linked through our website or application.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific trip in question.

All content on the Valley Transport LLC website and application, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of Valley Transport LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montgomery County, Ohio.
